Rosemary & Lavender Healing Bath

This healing bath is designed to cleanse both the body and spirit. Rosemary and lavender combine to promote relaxation, relieve stress, and bring protection to your energy field.

Ingredients:

  • Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis): 1 cup fresh or dried sprigs
    Rosemary is widely used for spiritual protection and emotional grounding. It brings a fresh, woodsy aroma to the bath, encouraging emotional healing and the clearing of negative energy.

  • Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia): ½ cup dried flowers or 10 drops of essential oil

  • Sea Salt: 1 cup

Preperation:

  1. Begin by filling your bath with warm water.

  2. Add 1 cup of sea salt and ½ cup of baking soda to the water.

  3. Stir in the rosemary sprigs and lavender flowers (or essential oil).

  4. Immerse yourself in the bath for 20-30 minutes, focusing on releasing stress and absorbing the protective and healing energies of the herbs.
